4. Quotations
Quotations provided through this website or by our sales team are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Quotations are subject to final confirmation after assessment of vehicle details and installation requirements.
A quotation does not constitute a binding contract. A binding agreement is only formed when Autokontrol Limited issues a formal order confirmation.
5. Installation
All speed limiter installations must be carried out by an AutoKontrol approved installer to ensure correct function, regulatory compliance, and warranty validity. Installation by non-approved installers will void the product warranty and may invalidate EU/ECE R89 type approval certification.
Our survey and installation service is operated by SGH Connect, a division of Scorpion Group Holdings Limited. Installation pricing and scheduling are agreed at the time of order.
6. Warranty
All AutoKontrol speed limiter products come with a two-year manufacturer’s warranty from the date of installation, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal operating conditions.
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
- Unauthorised modification or tampering
- Incorrect installation by non-approved installers
- Water damage exceeding the product’s IP rating
- Normal wear and tear
- Accidents, misuse, or neglect
Warranty claims must be made through Autokontrol Limited directly. Contact info@autokontrol.com with your installation reference number.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, product names, and design — is the intellectual property of Autokontrol Limited or its licensors. AutoKontrol, System 80, GeoKontrol, and TrackSpeed are trademarks owned by Scorpion Group Holdings Limited.
